Information you provide

If you email us or submit a contact or log form, we receive whatever you type: name, email, location, and message. Sighting-log and application-log PDFs are generated in your browser. We do not get a copy of the PDF unless you also send the optional email field to a connected form endpoint.

Information collected automatically

Hosting logs (Cloudflare) may include IP address, user agent, and requested URL. If Ezoic or another display partner is enabled, that partner may set advertising cookies according to its own policy.

What we do not do

We do not sell your email list. We do not run a pesticide-record database for this media site. We do not use your messages to train public AI models.

Retention

Emails and form submissions are kept only as long as needed to reply or operate the site. You may request deletion at [email protected].
